Javascript must be on in your browser in order for my RESIZE links to work.
If not, when you click on one of my RESIZE links, IE will say
"The page cannot be displayed", and a bunch of stuff starting with the word
"javascript" will be displayed in your browser "Address" field.
TO FIX: Go to the IE menu: "Tools/Internet Options", click the "Security" tab, then select 'Internet'.
In order for this software to work, the security slider must be at least one notch less than the top.

How to position the RESIZE LINK on your "Links" toobar.
Just drag the RESIZE LINK from this web site to your "Links" toolbar
at the top of your Internet Explorer window
and move it within there until you see an IBeam mouse pointer.
Release the mouse button anytime you see the IBeam and the link will
be installed at that position on your toolbar.
Internet Explorer will say "You are adding a link that may not be safe.
Do you want to continue?" to which you must respond "yes".

Single Click Operation is Best.
You can bookmark my RESIZE links and operate them from your
bookmarks menu just like any other bookmark if you want.
The best way to use the RESIZE links is to drag and drop
them to your "Links" toolbar at the top of your IE window
and then just single click to resize UNRESIZABLE TEXT in
Internet Explorer.
There are many, many, web pages these day with too small
UNRESIZABLE TEXT, so single click resizing is a big time saver.

Experiment to find out which of my RESIZE LINKS you like best.
Drag and drop as many of my RESIZE LINKS onto your "Links" toolbar as your like.
Try different ones on web pages to find what size text works best for you.
I find I like '16px' or '17px' on my monitor size/resolution.
Your best size could be different.
After you figure out what sizes work best for you, just delete the ones
you don't need from your "Links" toolbar.

If your "Links" navagation toolbar is not showing at the top of your IE window:
Putting my RESIZE links in your "Links" toolbar is the best way to use them!
Just right click on an open part of the top of the IE window and select "Links".
To move your "Links" toolbar around, right click again and unselect "Lock the Toolbars".

Forget about Internet
Explorer's text size functions! In order to resize text with
IE's own functions, you have to: 1)Click on the "View"
menu, 2)Scroll your mouse pointer down to "Text Size",
3)Scroll your mouse pointer across to the actual text
size submenu, 4)Scroll your mouse pointer down to the
size you like and FINALLY
5)Click on it.
And if the text in the web page is UNRESIZABLE, all the actions above have
NO EFFECT!?#?@
Which is a lot of web pages today!
And there is no way of telling until you try all of the above.
Are you kidding, I have to do 5 steps just to find out IE's text size functions don't work on my current web page@#$?
So just forget about Internet Explorer's text size functions,
they suck! Just drag and drop my RESIZE links into your "Links" toolbar
and when you come to another web page with text WAY TOO SMALL, just
single click on the link in your toolbar and bam, text resized! Works
with 99% of all web pages. |

This Software Works Nearly Everywhere!
This software works with normal web pages, framed web pages,
web fill in forms,
and even content delivered with javascript and ajax!
It works with Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 1.5+, and Opera.
This software does not work with nested framed pages,
or if a frame panel refers to a web page located on another domain name.
However, only a very few web pages are like that, so
this software will work on almost all web pages!

Must be used on every page.
Unfortunitely, you must use the resize links every time you come to
a web page with text too small.
It does not 'stay on' as you go from page to page.
Hopefully I'll figure out some way to do that later on.
For the time being, what I have here is a big relief for my
eyes(why I made it in the first place),
and I'm sure it will be for yours too.
